The Candy Sutra is the first Sutra of Delight. It is universally understood and universally enjoyed. I have spent years developing and refining these recipes and I finally feel they are ready to share. Each one has been engineered for its ability to cause surprise and wonder, both of which enhance the focus potential when used in the Candy Sutra meditation.

Umami Caramel-
Intense, savory and mesmerizing. Cultured butter caramels fortified with brewed tamari and Australian marmite then dusted with oakwood smoked Maldon salt.
Buddha's Palm Marzipan-
The king of citrus is candied in a three day process, finely chopped and blended with house-made almond marzipan. Gorgeously floral, instensely fruity and luscious. Vegan.
Pumpkin Seed Chili Toffee-
Intense and crunchy Plugra butter toffee filled with roasted pumpkin seeds and kissed with just enough chili to say hello. Salty-crunchy-umami-smoldering-addictive.
Dark Chocolate Caramel-
The outer darkness of the Candy Sutra. Brown sugar and cream caramels finished with over a pound of dark 75% cacoa chocolate then dusted with Maldon salt.
Peanut Butter Crunch Bark-
Velvety dark chocolate studded with house-made, deep roasted peanut butter crunch candy. Perfectly tempered chocolate gives it an additional snap. Finished with Maldon salt. Vegan.
Brazil Nut Buttercrunch-
Exotic dark roasted Brazil nuts stud this crunchy butter-heavy brittle. Light and airy with a crispy snap. Salty and sweet forever and ever amen.
Guava Pâte de Fruit-
Traditional French gumdrop-style candy made with intoxicating guava and fresh lime juice. Vegan.
Chai and Cream Caramel
Heavy cream steeped for 48 hours with vibrantly spiced chai, then boiled down into dense and delicious caramels. Finished with Maldon salt.
Small Assortment contains small bars of Peanut Butter Bark, Brazil Nut Buttercrunch and Pumpkin Seed Chili Toffee as well as one piece each of all three caramels, marzipan and pâte de fruit. 8 pieces total
Large Assortment contains large bars of Peanut Butter Bark, Brazil Nut Buttercrunch and Pumpkin Seed Chili Toffee as well as three pieces each of all three caramels, marzipan and pâte de fruit. 18 pieces total
